This is the note that my guest teacher left today while I was in a team meeting including other first grade teachers, support staff, special education staff , Mr. Giesen and more!  It was an awesome note explaining what great kids she had in the morning.  We did earn an extra recess for that and maybe some leftover parade candy as well.  But what I shared with the kids was that they did their best because it was just the right thing to do and not for any reward.  They just got rewarded because I was soooo happy and proud of them.
